Stencils
Our experienced production team has been manufacturing top quality laser cut stencils for the Nordic electronics industry since 1995. We offer consistent reliability in production precision and delivery times. Our production facilities in Estonia, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Poland have nine LPKF laser cutters of which one is a micro laser cutter enabling precision cutting down to 20 m
µ
for future technologies. We also offer step up (selective plating)/step down (etched down) stencils.
Scanditron stencil production offers the following advantages

VectorGuard
™
Through its licence with DEK, Scanditron also manufactures VectorGuard™ stencils for the electronics industry in the Baltic countries, Sweden, Finland, Poland and Denmark.
VectorGuard™” is a mounting system for stencils with a thin aluminium frame offering ease of use, increased stencil rigidity, more efficient storage and operator safety, minimizing the risk for cuts. The frame can be supplied in various colours such as green for lead-free products.
In cooperation with DEK, Scanditron can also offer other stencil technologies such as PumpPrint stencils for adhesives, additive stencils and electroformed stencils.
Effective stencil storage
In a stencil cabinet both frames and stencils can be stored in a single unit, protecting individual stencils and guaranteeing optimal accessibility.
